He has a large collection of black and white pictures of various guitar players. I was so pleased to find someone had a quality print of Mr. Araya for me to purchase. Seeing Slayer back in July was amazing. Since I am so bored I borrowed this from another user.

That's right. I have officially decided I hate paint shop.

I've been trying to teach myself, through the help of tutorials, to digitally render my lineart. I spent five hours on my newest picture of Satan (Weary of Sorrow)... After extreme agitation in just comprehending the use of some tools I was able to finish her body, get her flames looking firey (?). I had just started on her wings when I lost it all. Not sure what mistake I made but I couldn't undo it, couldn't retrieve it. And being the me that I am did not save periodically as I made progress.

I cried. A lot from the frustration of it all.

A mistake I surely have learned from. Will I attempt again? Perhaps. But not today.

Anyone want to color some rather yucky lineart? :sigh:

Feeling mildly frustrated with things of late. I rarely have enough time to sit and draw anything anymore. Not that I did so paticularly well but it was something I enjoyed. Reading time is also basically nonexistent. The Pern site I joined... well, died. Seeking a new one if I could get the activation material to work.

People online who I was closest to are all very busy elsewhere and have no time for this, which is saddening. I love all of you, and you know who you are.

My guild on NeoPets apparently was deleted and I wasn't aware of it.

High school was a period where I could immerse myself in these worlds. Happy memories, but very sobering. Very saddening.

August is here. The only thing left is my birthday and summer is over. And my birthday is nothing to look forward to.

New job. New living situation. Just returned from Sturgis - fun drunk time.

Got to enjoy the Metal Mayhem Festival in Kansas City back in July - amazing.

I'm involved in a Pern roleplay because it seems no one roleplays NeoPet lupes or wolves anymore. Not with any real quality that I can appreciate and love, in which you also have to grovel at their feet and suck face to be admitted. Unless they already know you they're too high and mighty to be even remotely kind to someone new or offer them a chance to join their little ranks.

I'm feeling very cynical and I despise every living creature today. Even you. Yes, you. You suck.
